Designing professional workshops to navigate difficult situations. In this case, I am the process expert and will guide your team through the steps to achieve the goal set by you. This involves active listening, organising your team’s thoughts and ideas and ensuring a collaborative and productive environment.
Throughout my career, I have been moderating discussions between different stakeholders to find optimal solutions and set goal. With me you get an experienced moderator who is patient, observant and works goal-oriented. My workshops use creative methods and tools, with a lot of active participation, visualization and digital tools. Other materials can be used, such as flipcharts and handouts. This ensures a fun way to tackle “dry” topics.
We will plan your workshop together and can choose from the above-mentioned elements based on your needs.
