My name is Gitanjali More and I am your cultural translator.
I am from India and have been living in Germany for 11 years. I have a background in communications and politics, with experience working in various corporations and non-profit organisations. I speak fluent English and German.
In my workshops, I draw from my own experiences and hurdles I have overcome. I have extensive experience in project management for NGOs in the areas of Human Rights, Feminism, Democracy and Climate Change as well as coaching and training over the past four years.
With over 17 years of cross-cultural experience, I don’t just teach ‘etiquette.’ I dismantle the invisible barriers that cause frustration, isolation, and resignation in international teams. Whether it’s an engineer from Pune navigating a Bavarian boardroom or a Berlin startup managing a distributed team in Bangalore, I translate intent, not just language.
My mission is simple: To ensure that the ‘Fachkräftemangel’ stops at your doorstep. I help you build an environment where international talent doesn’t just survive—they belong.”
In the past four years, I have offered intercultural trainings for corporations and universities at the TU München, Schrödinger, Mentorme as well as a wide range of other workshops, e.g. for female founders.

I draw from my experience from living and working in different places in India, challenges I faced when I first moved to Germany and my work in different companies and non-profit organisations over a career spanning 17 years. My previous tasks include project management for organisations like GERES India, Tibet Charity and the Heinrich Böll Stiftung in India and Germany. In this time, I have worked with a wide range of stakeholders from remote villages in India to Parliamentarians in India and Germany, which helped me build my expertise in (intercultural) communication.
2008 – 2010 – MBA Communications Management at Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication, Pune
2014 – 2017 – MA Global Politics at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen
2020 – Train the Online Trainer at Haufe Akademie
2024 – Training Facilitation at bta
2025 – Training Job Coach
2026 – Ausbildung zur interkulturellen Trainer (m/w/d) at IKUD Seminare, Göttingen
I combine structure with creativity to achieve the objectives set at the beginning of the session. My passion for diversity and inclusion as well as communication goes into creating trainings and workshop settings that have a lasting positive impact on your teams.
Workshops can be planned in both German and English, as I am fluent in both languages as well as Hindi and Marathi. Particularly for training and facilitation, I am qualified as a facilitator by the BTA and Train the Online Trainer by the Haufe Akademie.
